What we collect

We store information you submit through invitations, contact forms, private prayer requests, and newsletter signup. Required fields are marked. We use this information to respond to requests and manage ministry communications.

Private requests

Prayer requests are private and accessible only to authorized ministry administrators. They are never automatically published.

Cookies and external services

Essential cookies protect forms and admin sessions. Playing embedded YouTube videos or opening external platforms may share technical information with those services under their own privacy policies.

Ministry email subscriptions

Newsletter signup collects your email address, optional name, and the date and source of your consent. Contact, invitation, and prayer forms do not subscribe you. Authorized ministry administrators organize subscribers into groups and send ministry updates through Amazon SES in the United States (us-east-1). Delivery, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events help us honor your preferences and protect sending quality. Open and click tracking are not enabled. Replies to [email protected] are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the ministry’s private Gmail inbox.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing immediately suppresses future queued campaigns; emails already sent or in flight cannot be recalled. A minimal suppression record and campaign history may be retained to avoid contacting opted-out addresses again. Subscriber lists and prayer requests are never published.

Your choices

Contact the ministry to request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the newsletter. Retention periods and the ministry’s formal data controller details are awaiting approval.
